Bookings

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings online at www.clumberparkhotel.com, email or by telephone or in person.

When making a booking your contract will be with Clumber Park Hotel LLP. All rates are subject to availability.

Payment & Confirmation of the Booking

A valid Credit/Debit Card is needed at the time of booking in order for the booking to be confirmed pre-payment may be required.

All major Credit and Debit cards, with the exception of Diners Cards, are accepted. The cards we will accept via WorldPay are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The Credit/Debit card given at the time of booking your room (s) will only be used to guarantee the accommodation booked and these details are encrypted in a secure 'padlocked' server during the online booking process.

Bedroom Rates are quoted in £GBP and include VAT, parking and Free WIFI

Cancellation fees

Please refer to your individual reservation confirmation for your cancellation policy. Individual bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 7 days prior to booking. For cancellations within the seven day period the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation's worth whilst every endeavor is made to re-sell the accommodation. Emergencies will be taken into consideration.

On booking you will receive a reservation confirmation number, please retain this for access to the booking in the event of cancellation and/or amendment.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check-In Time from 14.00 (2.00pm)

Latest Check out Time 11.00 (11am)

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Times may be available. Please contact the front desk upon arrival, there may be a charge for this service.

Our Reception is manned 24 hours a day but if you are to arrive very late evening or early morning please call the hotel ahead to let us know as a matter of courtesy. 

Prices

Room rates shown on our website are per room per night and include all taxes.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge your debit/credit card for any damage done to your room during your stay and for any items that are missing when you leave.

Pet Policy

Dogs are not permitted in any guest bedrooms, bedroom corridors, spa, function rooms or public areas, with the exception of the vestibule area located close to Reception. This policy was introduced in September 2015 for the general benefit of guests and the hotel team and to protect Clumber Park Hotel and Spa property. The exception to this is Assistance Dogs, which would include dogs for the blind or visually impaired, or dogs for the deaf or hard of hearing. 

This policy also applies to any other domestic pet.

Dinner Bookings

Dinner Bookings within the Restaurant cannot be guaranteed online, please contact the hotel directly if you wish to book a specific time for Dinner, due to the size of the restaurants.

Smoking Policy

All of the hotel is a non-smoking hotel and penalty fees will apply if you smoke anywhere inside the hotel. The penalty fee is the charge of deep cleaning the room or public area and ensures that the hotel's cleanliness is kept to its very high standard.

Residents of the hotel are able to smoke in a designated smoking area outside the hotel within the grounds.

Lost Property

Any Lost Property that remains unclaimed after a period of three months will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.

CCTV

In some of the public areas of the hotel and grounds CCTV is in operation and recordings made. This is purely for security reasons for the benefit of both guests of the hotel and staff.

Children's Policy

The Clumber Park Hotel pricing policy is based on children as being 12 years or under. Individuals over the age of 12 will be classed as adults and charged accordingly.

Children under 4 years of age stay free. Cots are available (limited number) if requested at the time of booking no charge.

Extra beds will be available for children up to the age of 12 and would be charged at the rate of £10.00 per stay. Please be aware the number of these beds are limited and are dependent on the room type booked.

Children will be catered for if required from our menu (s) within the restaurant or bar/atrium area. Our children’s menu is available in our Normanton Inn restaurant. 

Car Parking

Car Parking is available, subject to availability, free of charge in our car park. This is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle, motorbikes or cycles. Or items left in our outside the vehicle.
