I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your hospitality during our visit to Nottinghamshire. The producer / director has asked me to tell you that they loved your hotel and would like to thank you for making them feel so welcome.
As our film crews are out on the road for long periods of time without coming home, it's important for them to feel settled and happy wherever they are staying. We are extremely grateful for your help in making their stay stress-free, and appreciate your efforts in going far beyond the call of duty in assisting us.
Furthermore, you and everyone who I personally had contact with when booking rooms, passing messages to guests and making payment, were exceptional in being friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout.

On behalf of my mother and I, I would like to thank all the 'team' at the hotel for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming last Sunday evening.
I have been in the Hotel Industry both as a four star city centre hotel general manager and a lecturer in hotel schools for the past 33 years - I still do some assessments on NVQs level 2, 3 & 4 with reception, restaurant and hospitality supervision candidates for Holiday Inns at the present time.
I was most impressed with all aspects of service and facilities - the hotel was spotlessly clean and superbly refurbished; the staff were happy,polite, courteous and welcoming and their uniforms were smart, appropriate and functional. Your prices represent excellent value for money.
